Take a large mixing bowl, add besan and all ingredients, mix with the help of spoon from a smooth batter.
Now rest the batter for 5 minutes that besan absorbs water and turn light.
Heat a non-stick tawa, spread the batter in circles motion and apply 1/2 tsp oil and cook both sides till golden brown and crisp.
Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
